How products get into the database

Every product is added using specs and pricing sourced from retailer listings and brand spec sheets — never invented or estimated. Each product record stores a "last updated" date so you can judge how current the listed price is.

How the Finder scores products

The Earbuds Finder weighs your answers — budget, use case, top priority, ANC requirement, fit, and brand preference — against each product's stored specs to produce a percentage match. Budget and your stated top priority carry the most weight; brand preference carries the least. No product receives a scoring boost for having an affiliate link.

How often data is refreshed

[Describe your actual update cadence once decided — e.g. "prices rechecked every 2 weeks; full spec audit every quarter."] If a product hasn't been checked recently, its "last updated" date will make that clear rather than hiding it.

Corrections

If you spot a wrong price, an outdated spec, or a product that's gone out of stock, tell us via the Contact page or email bmani321b@gmail.com — we review and fix corrections rather than leaving stale data live.

Affiliate relationships

We may earn a commission on some purchases made through links on this site. This is separate from, and does not influence, how products are scored or ranked. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
