Troubleshooting

Earbuds Not Pairing

Pairing failures are usually caused by a stale Bluetooth cache on the phone or the earbuds being stuck remembering a previous device, not a hardware fault. Go through these before giving up.

  1. Turn Bluetooth off and on again

This clears the phone's active Bluetooth session and forces it to rescan for nearby devices — often enough on its own.

  2. Remove any old pairing entry first

If the earbuds show up in your Bluetooth list but won't connect, tap Forget on that entry before trying to pair again. A stale saved connection blocks a fresh pairing attempt.

  3. Put the earbuds in pairing mode correctly

Check your model's exact pairing gesture — usually a long press on the case button until the LED flashes a specific color or pattern. Doing it wrong leaves them in normal mode, invisible to new devices.

  4. Move closer and remove interference

Stand within a meter of the phone during pairing, away from other Bluetooth devices, routers, and microwaves, which can interfere with the initial handshake.

  5. Reset the earbuds to factory settings

This clears any device history stored on the earbuds themselves, which can block new pairing attempts.

  6. Restart your phone

A stuck Bluetooth stack on the phone side is a common, overlooked cause — a restart clears it without needing any settings changes.

Still not working?

If a factory reset on the earbuds and a phone restart still don't get them to appear in the Bluetooth list, the Bluetooth chip inside the earbuds may be faulty.
